What format are the photos in?
All Stock Photo and Video Store photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted. We suggest you bookmark this site, since the database is growing everyday. You also have the option to ad our RSS feed to your home page.
Can we request Category additions, and more images for a Category?

Yes!! You can setup a account right now and get started. We pay 50% Commission!
How much can I sell my pictures?
You can price your photos at any price, but please remember there is a 50% commission. We pay our photographers at the end of each month by check. Please make ure your account information is correct.
Photographers tip about uploading pictures.
Please remember to upload your highest quality file. It is also very important to give as much information about the picture in our form. This is how a client finds you. You can also place your name in the tags, or description.
Can I place restrictions on the photos that I sell?
No. This is a Royalty free website and the client may use the photos and videos, as they please, once it is purchased.
I just signed up as a Photographer, how long will it take to have my account approved?
It normally is within a few hours, but we ask you to allow us 24 to 48 hours.
I just uploaded new pictures, how long will it take to have them go online?
It normally takes a few hours, but we ask that you allow us about 24 to 48 hours. We will be checking to make sure your tags and descriptions are filled out, and the photo is tasteful. We do not allow adult material, or photos taken in bad taste.
What format is your video stock footage?
We film in 720 x 480 Frame @ 24p advanced, ntsc wide screen, 16:6, DV Footage. Downloadable file on the website are mpeg2, high quality profile. Clients can also request other formats by email. ( support@stockphotoandvideostore.com ).
Can I submit Video to sell?
No. Do to limitations of the software at this time, Affiliate Photographers cannot upload video, only photos at this time.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Our company also supports the refund policies of 2Checkout and Pay Pal.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Stock Photo and Video Store photos that I download?
Yes. While Stock Photo and Video Store offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, a subscription membership allows you full access to download any photos provided by Stock Photo and Video Store from our site at no extra charge, however, private stock photos and photos submitted by affiliate photographers have to be purchased through our shopping cart. This also applies to Video Stock. You will be required to pay the listed prices.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos Stock Photo and Video Store using your details, send a support request.
